What a wonderful world

How can we forget food when we go travelling. Food is so much part of the culture in Shanghai. I have managed to sample (gobble up is the correct word) a cross section of the Shanghainese food ranging from back lane staple breakfast to posh restaurant as you will see in the following blog. I personally felt that the food in Shanghai is not at all expensive, not because I am putting a 50% discount (exchange rate) on whatever we pays but consider the food quality and the restaurant service and set-up. Comparatively the Shanghainese food they serve back in KL would be priced much premium for the same quality. Maybe its the competition there, I guess.
